Return Policies
Before you return a product you MUST get email confirmation first from sales@morningsicknesshelp.com. If you do not get confirmation via email about returning a product first, your order will be returned to you with no refund issued. For all products, we are unable refund any shipping charges unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Returns within 30 days of receipt of your order are accepted and must be unopened, in brand new condition, with all plastic wrapping (if applicable) still intact.
Returns after the initial 30 day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be unopened, in new condition, with all plastic wrapping (if applicable) still intact.
We are unable to issue refunds for returns after 60 days and can not give refunds for products that do not work for you.
Return shipping costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsiblity of the customer . Refunds will be issued only after we have them back in our possession.
