How quickly do you ship the orders?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday, after 1 PM ET, will be shipped on Monday. Orders will not be shipped on legal holidays when the United States Post Office is closed.

How will my order be shipped and how long until I receive my order?

Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be shipped via First Class Mail from North Carolina. The post office says it will take up to 7 days depending on the quality of the postal service where you live. Orders placed with Priority Mail *should* reach you in two or three days.

Do you ship product outside the United States?

We do ship to foreign US Military Addresses.

Unfortunately, due to excessive problems with getting our packages through Canadian Customs in a timely manner, along with an unacceptable number of packages that never reach their destination, we are forced to stop shipping our products to Cananda. An alternative would be to have the product shipped to friends or family in the US and then have them forward the product on to you. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

What "return address" do you use on the package?

The return address on our packages will be Earth's Magic LLC (our parent company name).

Do I have to order online?

Nope! :-) You can order by mail with a check or money order ( in US funds only please! ). You can find the full details on our mail order information page.

Will my information be shared with anyone?

Definitely not! I value the fact that you have chosen to shop with us and would like to build a good working relationship with you. Sharing your information with any other company would definitely defeat my goal.
